You have already imagined your wedding, chosen your venue and trusted wedding professionals, and shaped your celebration weekend. Around three months before the wedding day, I step in to take over the coordination, turning everything you have planned into a seamless and stress-free production.
I get to know your plans, gather the final details, reconnect with your wedding team and anticipate the last elements that need to be taken care of. I create the timeline, coordinate all those involved and put every logistical detail in place to ensure your wedding weekend runs smoothly.
Then comes the time to step behind the scenes.
As the person orchestrating the day, I become the central point of contact for your entire wedding team. I coordinate schedules, deliveries, installations and key moments, while ensuring clear and seamless communication between everyone involved.
My role is to connect everything that has been carefully prepared in advance with the reality of the day itself — anticipating the unexpected, managing the logistics and ensuring that every moment unfolds naturally.
